Pool heat is available, at a
charge of £70 or $120 a week and is recommended during the winter months.

a deposit of £150 or $250 per week (non-refundable) is paid your booking is not
confirmed. A
security deposit will be required for your stay and is £100 or $150 per week. For
bookings of 3 weeks and over there is a discount of 10% For a stay at our home of less
than 6 nights there will be an additional cleaning charge of £55 or $95
added to your rental costs.
Our home doesn't allow any pets and is strictly NON Smoking, if either of these
conditions are not met,
all of the security deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges
will be made.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING:
The signing of the
booking form confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions as set out below.
The terms and conditions will be binding for all of the persons intending to
occupy the above property, whether or not such persons have signed the booking
form. The owners will confirm each booking in writing, as soon as the signed
booking form and deposit has been received. Once the owners have sent the
booking confirmation, the signatory becomes responsible for the total cost of
the booking as agreed. The remaining balance, together with the security
deposit, must be paid in full at least 10 weeks prior to departure. If the full
balance is not paid 10 weeks prior to departure, the owners reserve the right to
cancel your booking and the deposit will be forfeited.
2. BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:
If the booking is
cancelled at any time after confirmation, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
The owners must receive WRITTEN notice of cancellation not less than 10
weeks prior to departure or the signatory will be liable to pay the FULL
cost of rental balance (excluding the security deposit). It is the
responsibility of the signatory to ensure a signed letter of cancellation
reaches the owners. Email cancellations will NOT be accepted. If the
owners are successful in re-letting the property for all or part of the
cancelled booking period, the full or part balance will be refunded. Because of
this, the owners strongly recommend that a full comprehensive worldwide travel
insurance policy is arranged prior to booking.
3. SECURITY DEPOSIT:
The signing of the
booking form confirms that the signatory agrees to pay for all damage and
breakages of any kind at the property from the security deposit. This deposit is
fully refundable within 14 days after the property has been vacated, providing
the property has no damage or breakages. In the event of excess damage of any kind, excess cleaning costs
etc, excessive amounts of rubbish, the signatory will be held responsible for ALL additional costs.
4. LIABILITY:
The owners and
their management company accept NO responsibility whatsoever for
any death, injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal
belongings however so caused, at any time. The use of accommodation and
all facilities/amenities, including the pool is entirely at the users own
risk. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times when
using the pool. GLASS is strictly NOT permitted within the
pool and decking areas. The displayed pool rules must be adhered to at all
times. The owners and their management company cannot accept any liability
for any loss of rental time due to illness, flight delays, cancellations,
acts of terrorism, acts of nature, industrial disputes or any events which
are beyond their control.
5. RESPONSIBILITIES:
The signatory, including
all guests are responsible for the property and are expected to take all
reasonable care of it and it’s contents. This includes ensuring that all
windows and door are closed/locked while the property is unoccupied. The
property itself and all its furnishings/contents must be left clean and tidy. It
is the signatory’s responsibility to ensure that the house keys are returned
to the lock box outside the property and to ensure both of the garage door
remote control units are left inside the house (and not in the Hire Car!) upon
departure of the property or a charge will be made of: £75.00 for new house
keys & lock / £60.00 PER remote control unit.
6. GUESTS:
Everyone occupying the
property MUST be listed on the booking form, including all children - This
is Florida State Law and must be adhered to. The property cannot be shared,
assigned or sub-let and only persons listed on the booking form may occupy the
property. Persons under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or
responsible adult over the age of 21. The property is fully licensed and
certificated for short term rental in the State of Florida. The house will be
available for occupancy from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated BY
10.00am prompt on the day of departure.
7. PETS & SMOKING:
No pets of any kind are
permitted on the property.
For the safety and comfort of all guests smoking is NOT permitted inside
the property at any time. |
